Our Founder
Hi everyone, my name is Vivica McLain. I am the Executive Director (ED) and Owner of Little People Early Learning Center. I bring over three decades of relevant experience from both the public and private sectors of education and finance. I currently hold a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Operational Management, a Master of Science with a specialization in Accounting, and a PHD in Early Childhood Education. During my career, I have worked in both New York and Pennsylvania.
As Executive Director of Little People LLC, I take great pride in knowing that our Center is one that strives for excellence and quality in Child-Care while promoting exceptional educational programs focused on financial literacy and reading. We have a wonderful complement of staff, dedicated and truly amazing at what they do.
Part of my role as Executive Director is to keep abreast of and advocate for the Early Childhood profession. I am currently a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Being a part of this professional network allows me the opportunity to share information with my staff in developing new ways to explore educating our children as well as continue to build my knowledge base.

Little People Early Learning Center has been operating as a Center-Based Child-Care Center for over a decade. We welcome all children and look forward to motivating them to build on their skills and meet their developmental milestones. We treat your kids like ours and provide them with a happy and comfortable environment to grow.
Our Philosophy
We started our business in New York in 2011 with a simple aim to take care of every child and provide an intense learning program. Currently, we are opening our Center-Based Child-Care Center in Pennsylvania with the same motto to meet your child’s development goals.
Our daily goal is to help develop the whole child; Socially, Emotionally, Physically, and Intellectually. We offer learning experiences that foster creativity and self-expression. Our staff models a love for learning and their commitment to children as they celebrate the milestones of discovery every day. We strive to provide a safe environment, which offers comfort and care for the children, meeting their developmental needs in a visually appealing, clean, and inviting atmosphere.
